Dear Siva, for basic apps it is suffice to learn android studio and even some games also can be designed through this...pygame from python also helps u to desing and write games of ur wish...u can try with these tools and learn gaming....plenty of other tools are there..but for a beginner it is better to learn the above things i feel...wish u good luck...
